The method comprises the following steps of selecting 70-days-old geese, using one wall top surface of a goose fence as an operating bench, enabling the geese to lie on their backs on the operating bench, slightly enabling right wings of the geese to be hung along a wall, enabling underwing reins to expose obviously due to the fact that drop exists between the underwing reins of the hung wings and hearts of the geese and pressure is increased, and inserting a syringe needle to collect blood. By means of the method for improving the goose blood sample collecting speed, the collection time of blood samples of the geese and poultry can be saved, the labor amount can be reduced, and the work efficiency can be improved remarkably.
