The invention relates to a high-intensity self-insulation wall building block which is mainly made of raw materials in the following parts by weight: 65 to 85 parts of
cement, 10 to 15 parts of
fly ash, an appropriate amount of water, 0.3 to 0.5 parts of
foaming agent, 0.1 to 0.2 parts of air entraining agent, 0.8 to 2 parts of early-strength high-efficiency water
reducing agent, 0.1 to 1 part of accelerating agent, 0.1 to 2 parts of shrinkage
reducing agent, 80 to 100 parts of ceramsite and
perlite, and 0.2 to 0.5 parts of polyphenyl particles. Insulation aggregate is adopted to replace normal aggregate, and insulation filling material is added.
Slurry, the insulation aggregate, and the insulation filling material are compounded to obtain the self-insulation wall building block with good performance. The building block has the advantages that the compression strength is high and can achieve above 10 MPa, the coefficient of heat conduction is smaller than 0.020 W / m.K, the cold resisting property and the impermeability are good, the coefficient of condensation is small, and the construction is convenient, etc., thereby being the high-intensity self-insulation wall building block which can be directly used as an outer wall.
