seasoning filling, in particular to a height adjustable table vinegar filling
machine. A motor drives a drive plate shaft to rotate through a coupler, and then drives a drive plate, a first
cam and a second
cam, which are installed on the drive plate, to rotate synchronously and
clockwise; the drive plate rotates to drive a slot wheel to rotate intermittently and periodically, and the slot wheel drives a belt
pulley to rotate through a slot wheel shaft so as to drive a belt, which is mounted on the belt
pulley, to move intermittently; the first
cam rotates to drive an ejector rod, of which the upper end is always kept in higher-pair
point contact with the first cam, to perform to-and-fro motion up and down, and an ejector rod drives a secondelbow
pipe, which is clamped on the ejector rod, and a first
discharge pipe and a second
discharge pipe, which are fixedly connected with the second
elbow pipe, to perform to-and-fro motion up and down; the second cam rotates to push a
piston on a top plate mechanism to perform to-and-fro
linear motion, and then the opening and closing of a liquid outlet are completed. The filling
machine has thefollowing beneficial effects: the height of the filling
machine is adjustable, so that the filling machine is convenient to dock with other equipment; the belt is provided with two rows of circular grooves for placing and positioning filling bottles, and the
bottle bodies are difficult to fall over.
