The application provides an
ammonia water preparation process and
system, which comprises the following steps: deoxygenating raw gas to obtain deoxygenated raw gas; mixing the deoxygenated raw gas with cooled
ammonia synthesis gas to obtain
ammonia-rich gas; washing and absorbing the ammonia-rich gas in an ammonia absorption
tower to obtain crude ammonia water and ammonia-removed circulating gas; after
dehydration, compression and heat exchange, the circulating gas enters a catalyst
bed for ammonia synthesis reaction to generate ammonia synthesis gas, which is cooled by heat exchange; and part of the crude ammonia water after cooling is recycled into the ammonia absorption
tower, and the other part is used to prepare ammonia water products by
flash evaporation. The
system is suitable for the process, directly generates ammonia water products, does not need to be diluted, has no
ammonia gas liquefaction and
liquid ammonia storage links, has lower equipment
process requirements, is suitable for small-scale green
hydrogen green ammonia synthesis processes, has low application scene requirements and has a wide application range.
