high energy consumption, high
pollution and poor absorbent
ammonia selectivity in the ammonia
separation technology of the synthetic ammonia recycle gas. According to the
ionic liquid, 1-ethylimidazole is used as a cation, hydroxyl substituted
benzoic acid /
phenylacetate is used as an anion, and high-selectivity ammonia absorption is achieved through the synergistic effect of an ortho-position
electron withdrawing effect and a multi-element
hydrogen bond network. Through the ortho-position hydroxyl design of anions, the strong
hydrogen-bond interaction of hydroxyl is improved, the carboxyl activity is optimized, a compact
hydrogen-bond network is formed through the combined action of anions and cations, and the absorption performance of
ammonia gas is improved. Meanwhile, ortho-hydroxyl and carboxyl form a space barrier,
electrostatic interaction sites are reduced, absorption of H2 and N2 is indirectly inhibited, and the selectivity of
ammonia gas is improved. The ionic liquid is prepared by adopting a full-atom one-step synthesis method, has the advantages of simplicity and convenience in operation, mild conditions, no need of a
solvent or a
diluent, high yield, environment friendliness and the like, can be recycled and regenerated, and is easy to realize industrial production.
