The invention relates to an automatic check method of glycosylated hemoglobin, a sample analysis device and a sample analysis system.The method comprises the steps that basic information of a detected person is obtained, and a detection value related to blood sugar and a detection value related to red blood cells of the detected person are obtained; according to the basic information of the detected person, the detection value related to the blood sugar and the detection value related to the red blood cells, calculating an estimated value of glycosylated hemoglobin of the detected person; and automatically checking the detection value of the glycosylated hemoglobin of the detected person according to the estimated value of the glycosylated hemoglobin of the detected person. The invention provides an automatic auditing scheme for glycosylated hemoglobin, the workload of auditing personnel can be reduced, and the auditing personnel can concentrate on auditing a small part of detection values of glycosylated hemoglobin which does not pass automatic auditing and is suspected to have problems.
