The present invention pertains to a wireless audio-video doorbell monitoring system, wherein a portable monitoring device administrates a doorbell device and detective devices. After initiation, the monitoring device calls other nearby devices to form a wireless network via a wireless broadcasting way, and then the monitoring device administrates each device to perform the doorbell or detection function. CBR control strategies provide constant or relatively constant bitrate output with variable quality. The control strategies include various techniques and tools, which can be used in combination or independently. A method for producing a material includes providing a metallurgical powder including iron, 1.0 to 3.5 weight percent copper, and 0.3 to 0.8 weight percent carbon. The present invention relates to controlling an actuator for positioning a read/write head in storage devices such as disk drives. More specifically, the invention relates to using a sensor to detect the disk vibration amplitude perpendicular to the disk surface, and using feed forward control to cancel or counteract the tendency of the read/write head to deviate off-track due to disk vibration.
