centrifugal fan. The
centrifugal fan comprises a
drive motor with a long
drive shaft, and a main fan with a main fan
impeller and a main fan
volute. The
centrifugal fan is technically characterized in that the main fan is arranged at the front end of the long
drive shaft, a cooler is arranged at the portion, between the
drive motor and the main fan, of the long
drive shaft, and the cooler is composed of a heat dissipation disc set and a structure cavity; the heat dissipation disc set is comb-shaped concentric heat dissipation pieces composed of a plurality of concentric wafers of different diameters, wherein the concentric wafers are made of
heat conducting metal plates and are in pressing connection with the long drive shaft, and thestructure cavity is a cylindrical
metal component provided with a heat dissipation air inlet and a heat dissipation air outlet; an air supply pipeline is composed of a pipeline, wherein one end of the pipeline is connected with the other end of an air supply fan, and the other end of the pipeline is connected with a heat dissipation air inlet; the
drive motor with the long drive shaft is sequentially provided with a cooler and the main fan
impeller on the long shaft and is coaxial with the cooler and the main fan
impeller; a fixing disc is further arranged between the structure cavity and themain fan
volute. When the motor stops rotation, the centrifugal fan is subjected to
forced air cooling, and it is ensured that the
motor drive shaft is cooled.
