flange welding are carried out, and then straightening is carried out; a back cover is welded, and then straightening is carried out; and accessories are welded, then straightening is carried out, the axle housing is cleaned and repaired to go offlineafter the axle housing is qualified, and otherwise corrections are made. The method can realize
welding processing of the high-load axle housing with the thickness being 9.5 mm, deformation and stressof the
welding process can be controlled, the axle housing
bench test is qualified, a
truck is safe and reliable, and the purpose of lightweighting the axle housing is achieved.
