The method comprises the following steps: 1, densely arranging the ceramic columns; 2, filling gaps of the columns with the ceramic balls; 3, filling gaps with the B4C powder; 4, paving preform powder layer by layer; 5, carrying out compacting and cold-pressing to prepare a preform; and 6, melting molten aluminum, pressing the molten aluminum into the remaining gaps of the preform through pressure infiltration, and conducting pressure maintaining and demolding.
