The invention belongs to the field of
refrigeration equipment product experiment devices and particularly relates to an air-cooling cold (hot) water unit experiment device with a surface-
cooling coil pipe regulation function. The
equipment device is respectively provided with independent surface-
cooling coil pipes in
air treatment units arranged at two sides of a
machine to be tested, and is provided with a variable frequency circulation pump pipeline communicated with a constant temperature water tank for the surface-
cooling coil pipes. Air return parts of condensers arranged at two sides of the
machine to be tested are provided with a first
air temperature sampler and a second
air temperature sampler for measuring the air return dry-
bulb temperature, the first
air temperature sampler and the second air temperature sampler are respectively and electrically connected with a variable frequency water pump of the corresponding surface-cooling coil
pipe through
signal wires, further, the variable frequency pump of the corresponding surface-cooling coil
pipe can be directly controlled through the air return dry-
bulb temperature of the condensers arranged at two sides of the
machine to be tested, the stable experiment effect is reached, and the additional cold and hot load investment is not needed. In the air-cooling cold (hot) water unit experiment device, the constant temperature water tank is communicated with a
cooling tower system, the stable control of the temperature in the constant temperature water tank can be reached, and the additional
electric heating investment is not needed, so the goal of sufficient energy saving is reached.
