According to the method provided by the invention, the three-dimension morphological features and the two-dimension textural features are combined, so that the content of the medical image can be expressed in a comprehensive and accurate manner. The method can improve identification of Alzheimer's disease and mild cognitive impairment, thereby providing a more effective clinic assistant diagnosis.
