The invention provides vibrating type harvesting machinery for
lotus roots and an
intelligent control method of the harvesting machinery. The machinery includes hydraulic cylinders I, a lifting platform, a leakage
sieve, a
machine frame, a rotating hairbrush, a gearbox, a
hydraulic motor, a
pulley mechanism, and a
crank double-rocker mechanism. According to the machinery provided by the invention,a
tractor is used to provide power, the machinery is installed at the front end of the
tractor, the rotating hairbrush is utilized to remove mud at the surface of the
lotus roots, deep mud of the
lotus roots is loosened by the leakage
sieve, and therefore the lotus roots without
sludge are floated out of the water surface. The
intelligent control method of the harvesting machinery relies on a
pressure sensor to detect the pressure change of brushing of the rotating hairbrush at the
surface layer of the lotus roots in real time to realize
self adaptive adjustment of the height of the hairbrush; and at the same time, the method relies on a revolution speed sensor to detect the revolution speeds of the
hydraulic motor and a power
plant engine in real time to realize the
self adaptive adjustment of the revolution speeds. The machinery provided by the invention is widely applied to excavation of the lotus roots in an artificial
lotus root field, and can realize the effects of saving costsand increasing benefits; and the promotion and application of the machinery promote the ''quality'' leap of a
lotus root excavation manner, thereby driving the
lotus root production and
processing industries, and promoting the agricultural industry structure adjustment.
