The method is characterized in that a continuous resistance wire probe is adopted as a sensing element for measuring detonation waves and shock waves; a contrast medium and a resistance wire probe are adopted to form a lumped sensor for explosive detonation testing; transmission trajectories of detonation waves of the explosive and transmission trajectories of shock waves in the contrast medium are measured; and detonation pressure of the explosive is calculated according to an impedance matching method principle. The lumped sensor can be directly arranged in a blast hole of actual engineering blasting and can simultaneously measure the detonation velocity and the detonation pressure of the explosive; since the test method only needs one test loop, the method can be conveniently used in an engineering field, is more economical and practical, and is suitable for tests under extreme conditions such as underwater blasting and large-explosive quantity explosion. With the test method adopted, the decaying process of the shock waves in the contrast medium can be observed continuously, and linear segments of the shock waves in the impedance matching method are not needed to be theoretically estimated, and therefore, test results are more reliable.
