This invention provides a canned motor pump rotation detection device and its operating method, belonging to the field of canned motor pump
condition monitoring and fault diagnosis technology. The device includes a main
control unit, a
signal processing unit, a dual-mode output interface, and a
power management unit.
Phase difference pulse signals are collected by orthogonally arranged
eddy current sensors. After amplification and shaping by the
signal processing unit, the main
control unit determines the pump rotor shaft rotation direction using a digital phase detection
algorithm. The device features an
LED display and a data communication output interface unit, supports RS-485 communication and wide
voltage power supply, and has
reverse connection protection. This invention achieves non-contact rotation detection through the cooperation of orthogonal
eddy current sensor modules and an iron
encoder disk triggering mechanism. The device has a compact structure,
rapid response, and is unaffected by shaft deflection and
torsional deformation, making it suitable for real-time monitoring and fault diagnosis in various industrial environments.
