airplane test
bed. The test
bed includes a
nose section bench for installing a simulated
cockpit and a
nose landing gear system; a forebody transition bench for connecting the
nose section bench with a middle
fuselage section bench, as a passageway for the personnel and equipment; the middle
fuselage section bench for installing a main
landing gear system and a hydraulicsystem; a middle and rear
fuselage transition bench for connecting the middle fuselage section bench and an empennage section bench; the empennage section bench for installing an
elevator, a
rudder surface and an actuation
system; a left
wing section bench for installing a left
aileron, a
spoiler, a flap
rudder and an actuation system; and a right
wing section bench for installing a right aileronand the like. The
airplane test
bed provided by the embodiment of the invention can reduce the correlation of the structure design of the
airplane test bench and the design requirement of the overallstrength and rigidity of the bench, the
natural frequency of the airplane
test bench is improved, the production,
processing, installation, fixation, disassembly and maintenance of the airplane
test bench are facilitated, and the production and modification costs of the airplane test bench are decreased.
