The invention relates to a high-speed
fermentation system for hydraulically sorting organic matters from
municipal solid waste. The high-speed
fermentation system comprises a garbage chamber, hydraulic sorting equipment, sorting equipment,
sewage purification equipment,
grinding and regulating equipment, pressure water
thermal treatment equipment,
methane fermentation equipment, a fermented residue tank and a
biogas storage tank, wherein a garbage inlet is formed in one end of the garbage chamber, the other end of the garbage chamber is connected with the hydraulic sorting equipment on the next procedure, and the other end of the hydraulic sorting equipment is connected with the sorting equipment, the
sewage purification equipment and the
grinding and regulating equipment, respectively; the
grinding and regulating equipment is connected with the pressure water
thermal treatment equipment and the
sewage purification equipment, respectively; the other end of the pressure water
thermal treatment equipment is connected with the
methane fermentation equipment, and the
methane fermentation equipment is used for respectively conveying products into the
biogas storage tank and the fermented residue tank which are connected with the
methane fermentation equipment. The high-speed
fermentation system has the characteristics that the use is convenient, the production cost is lowered, and the
energy conservation and environment protection effects are achieved.
