A vector propulsion device for a stratospheric aerostat

The onboard control system sends control signals to the propulsion device and the vector rotation mechanism respectively, and the two adjust the speed and vector angle respectively according to the signals, so as to realize the vector propulsion function of the stratospheric aerostat.
