The invention discloses a pile board basic method of an ultra high voltage electric power pylon used on soft foundation, which comprises the following seven steps: first, constructing tree root pile; second, digging foundation ditch; third, chipping the tree root pile and then building inverted cone; fourth, constructing a base plate; fifth, constructing a base pillar; sixth, backfilling the foundation ditch; and seventh, installing a tower frame; the tree root pile is connected with the base plate through the inverted cone, the base plate is connected with the base pillar, and the top of the base pillar is provided with a stone bolt which is connected with the tower frame. The method has the advantages of convenient construction, simple operation, stable and firm foundation, reliable bearing capacity, small uneven settlement and low cost. The method provides a stable and reliable foundation model for an ultra high voltage electric power pylon built on soft foundation with relativelythick soft soil horizon but hard shell horizon with certain thickness, which has the advantages of effectively utilizing the bearing potential of the hard shell horizon, reducing the excavated volumeof earthwork, lowering the construction cost and construction difficulty, and needing no daily maintenance work.
