wastewater containing suspended matters is mixed with a medicament and then enters the device through a water inlet
pipe, and deep coagulation of the medicament and the wastewater is carried out through
cyclone mixing and
centrifugal separation effects of a
cyclone center cylinder; meanwhile, under the combined action of the gravity field, the ascending
water flow and the rotating flow field,
suspended solids in the wastewater form a
sludge layer area at the bottom of the inner cavity, and the
water flow forms a flow field change from ascending to descending along the center to the
barrel wall; after the ascending suspended matters are filtered by the
sludge layer, the special-shaped inclined plate and the
filter material layer, and clear water is discharged through a water discharging
pipe; and after the separated
sludge is concentrated by the sludge concentration device, one path is discharged through a sludge
discharge pipe, and the other path is pressurized by a high-density
circulating pump to enter a water inlet pipe to be mixed with inlet water, so as to finish a high-density circulating function.
