This application relates to a vehicle body structure and a vehicle, wherein the vehicle body structure includes a sill beam and a
battery pack. The
battery pack is connected to the sill beam; the
battery pack includes a battery pack crossbeam, which is fixedly connected to the sill beam. On a
projection plane perpendicular to the height direction of the vehicle, the projections of the sill beam and the battery pack crossbeam partially overlap. By making the projections of the sill beam and the battery pack crossbeam partially overlap, a direct connection between the sill beam and the battery pack crossbeam can be easily achieved, enabling the transmission of forces between the battery pack and the sill beam. This eliminates the need for or minimizes the need for reinforcing members between the battery pack and the sill beam. Furthermore, to achieve the connection between the sill beam and the battery pack crossbeam, no additional connecting brackets or other structures for transition are required between them. The number of parts at the connection point between the sill beam and the battery pack is reduced, and the
assembly precision requirements for the sill beam and the battery pack crossbeam are lower.
