The method comprises the following steps: a, drilling a hole with the diameter of 75mm to a bedrock by the prior art, burying a metal pipe into the hole, and consolidating with cement around the hole; b, connecting short-piece probes in series, tripping into the buried metal pipe, carrying out measuring and comparing every 0.5 m, searching a three-dimensional displacement catastrophe point in the corresponding slide zone position, after monitoring for a period of time and when the three-dimensional displacement catastrophe point in the unstable sliding mass position appears, taking out the short-piece probes, connecting a sliding mass three-dimensional displacement monitoring instrument probe and an encapsulated three-dimensional acceleration displacement probe in series in a preset direction, putting the probes into the sliding mass unstable catastrophe point position in the metal pipe, fixing the probes, and carrying out fixed-type monitoring; and c, transmitting the data variation value obtained after the metal pipe deforms, to a ground-mounted sliding mass three-dimensional displacement monitoring instrument in a mini station type wireless internet GPRS transparent communication mode, thereby acquiring data in real time.
