The invention discloses a rotor type
oil pump assembly capable of automatically regulating
oil pressure. The rotor type
oil pump assembly is structurally characterized in that an oil inlet and an oil outlet as well as an oil inlet path and an oil outletpath are arranged on positions, around a transmission shaft hole, of an
oil pump cover; an inner rotor is arranged on a position, around a transmission shaft, of an oil pump case; an outer rotor is arranged at the outer side of the inner rotor; when the inner rotor rotates, the outer rotor is driven to rotate; a working cavity is formed between teeth of the inner rotor and teeth of the outer rotor; and a pressure regulating valve is arranged at one end of the oil pump case. When
oil pressure is lower than a specified value, an oil relief channel is sealed by a
steel ball below a pressure regulating spring; and when the pressure regulating valve is in a
closed state, oil directly enters a filter and an engine main oil passage. When
oil pressure exceeds the specified value, the
steel ball on the oil relief channel is jacked by oil pressure, and a passage is formed between the oil relief channel and a pressure
discharge hole; high-pressure oil flows back into an engine body through the pressure
discharge hole, so that pressure is reduced; and when the oil pressure is reduced to be lower than the specified value, the pressure regulating spring presses the
steel ball to reclose the oil relief channel, so that automatic regulation on oil pressure is realized.
