The invention provides a construction method and application of a malignant schwannoma xenograft mouse model. The method comprises the steps of firstly, collecting a tumor tissue mass of a malignant schwannoma patient, and then conducting subcutaneous xenograft of the fresh tumor tissue mass of the patient into the body of an immunodeficient mouse under sterile conditions, wherein in the subcutaneous xenograft, the immunodeficient mouse at the age of 2-6 weeks is selected, the gender of the mouse is consistent with that of the patient, the collected fresh tumor tissue mass of the patient is soaked in a sterile incubation solution containing fetal bovine serum, the mouse is fixed after anesthesia, the tumor tissue mass of the patient is implanted into the subcutaneous part of the mouse, anincision is sutured, and the mouse is bred to make the tumor in the body of the mouse grow. The method also involves the orthotopic xenograft of the fresh tumor tissue mass of the patient into the body of the immunodeficient mouse. By means of the method, xenograft mice are used for replacing clinical patients for screening different combination drugs, the most suitable drugs are selected accordingly, the effectiveness is greatly improved, and the side effects of the drugs are greatly reduced.
