The shell comprises a box cover and a flat box body and is fixed above the motor, the high-voltage bus connector, the high-voltage branching connector and the signal connector are all fixed on the same side wall of the box body, and the IGBT, the thin-film capacitor, the PCBA-circuit board, the three-phase output copper bar, the current sensor assembly and the magnetic ring assembly are all fixed on a bottom plate in the box body, and are distributed in the shell in four rows. Compared with the prior art, the overall structure of the device is flattened, the power density is high, the space in a vehicle can be saved, the overall gravity center of the device can be lowered, and the working stability of the device is improved.
