The invention discloses an implantable concrete member damage monitoring device and method based on directional knocking. The implantable concrete member damage monitoring device comprises a
metal shell, a PZT sensor, a directional knocking
assembly and a main control module, wherein the PZT sensor, the directional knocking
assembly and the main control module are all arranged in the
metal shell, and the directional knocking
assembly comprises an
electromagnet, an
elastic component and an
impact component; a soft iron core of the
electromagnet is fixedly arranged in the
metal shell, one end of the
electromagnet protrudes and abuts against the inner wall of the metal shell, a coil of the electromagnet movably sleeves the soft iron core, the
impact component fixedly sleeves one end, abutting against the inner wall of the metal shell, of the soft iron core, and the
elastic component sleeves between the coil and the
impact component. The excitation source and the
signal monitoring component are integrally designed together by adopting an implantable
design framework, so that the maintenance and replacement are convenient, the
signal stability is good, the
signal energy is large, the transmission distance is long, and the monitoring effect on the damage of the concrete structure is more accurate.
