The application discloses a production process of
polysilazane and belongs to the technical field of organic
silicon polymer synthesis. In view of the problems of low control precision, unstable quality, low efficiency, high safety and
environmental protection risks and the like of a traditional intermittent process, the application adopts a modular
continuous flow process: raw materials enter a mixing precooling
system (temperature -20-20 DEG C) through a precise conveying
system (
mass flow meter + frequency converter,
solvent and
raw material mass ratio 10-1:1), then enter a
continuous flow reactor, the reaction liquid enters a closed
solid-liquid
separation system (phase
separation time <1 min,
solid content 1-30%), and then is purified through a high-efficiency continuous rectification
system to obtain the product. The whole process is automatically controlled through PLC / DCS, and safety and energy-saving measures such as
hydrogen monitoring,
nitrogen protection,
energy recovery (
ammonia evaporator cold
recovery) and the like are integrated. The process realizes the continuous, safe and large-scale production of
polysilazane, the product quality is stable, the production efficiency is improved, the
energy consumption is reduced, and the process has the
scalability from small test to kiloton-level
production line.
