The invention discloses a microbial limit
inspection method for
coptis chinensis formula granules. The microbial limit
inspection method comprises the following steps: S1, respective preparation of bacterial suspensions of
staphylococcus aureus,
pseudomonas aeruginosa,
bacillus subtilis,
candida albicans and
aspergillus niger; S2, preparation of a
test solution: preparing the
test solution containing 3%
histidine; S3, applicability test on a counting method for the total number of
aerobic bacteria; S4, applicability test on a counting method for the total number of molds and
saccharomycetes; and S5, applicability test on an
Escherichia coli
inspection method, wherein the limit detection standard is as follows: in 1 g of a
test sample, the total number of
aerobic bacteria is less than or equal to 103 cfu, the total number of molds and
saccharomycetes is less than or equal to 102 cfu, and
Escherichia coli cannot be detected. The method can be used for limit inspection of microorganisms in the
coptis chinensis formula granules, and has the advantages of effectively eliminating the
antibacterial activity of a sample, simplifying the inspection process, reducing the
reagent dosage and efficiently detecting the microorganisms in the
coptis chinensis formula granules.
