The invention discloses a vehicle-mounted heat-preservation cabin
control system based on
CAN bus. The vehicle-mounted heat-preservation cabin
control system comprises a temperature and
humidity sensor, a
temperature control executing mechanism and a
master controller comprising a
bus routing
list, wherein the temperature and
humidity sensor is used for collecting the temperature and the
humidity of a vehicle heat-preservation cabin; the
temperature control executing mechanism is used for regulating the temperature and humidity of the vehicle heat-preservation cabin; and the
master controller is used for finding out the temperature and humidity sensor and the
temperature control executing mechanism in working condition through
CAN bus polling when the
system is electrified and initialized and recording congruent relationship to the
bus routing
list. When the
system works, temperature and humidity information of the heat-preservation cabin is obtained from the temperature and humidity sensor recorded in the
bus routing
list, the temperature and humidity information is compared with target temperature and humidity information to generate a temperature control instruction, a corresponding temperature control executing mechanism is inquired from the
bus routing list, and the temperature control instruction is transmitted to the temperature control executing mechanism to realize temperature and humidity control on the vehicle heat-preservation cabin. By implementing the vehicle-mounted heat-preservation cabin
control system, the defects of poor fault-tolerant ability and poor
reusability of
serial port communication protocol of the existing vehicle-mounted heat-preservation cabin control
system can be solved.
