The invention discloses a train control system adapting to existing line reconstruction. The train control system adapting to existing line reconstruction comprises ground equipment and on-board equipment. The ground equipment comprises an interlocking system, a parallel-port LEU and an active balise which are mounted in a station and connected sequentially, wherein the parallel-port LEU combines contact states of the interlocking system into access selection conditions and sends station messages to the corresponding active balise, and when a train passes through an acting range of the active balise, the active balise sends the corresponding station message to the on-board equipment of the train. The on-board equipment comprises a BTM (balise transmission module), a BTM antenna and an automatic train protection system, wherein when the train passes through the acting range of the active balise, the BTM receives the station messages sent by the active balise and sends the station messages to the automatic train protection system for subsequent processing. The train control system adapting to existing line reconstruction has the advantage that access information is sent to the on-board BTM through the station messages to enable a driver to acquire correct access information directly, so that the train pull-in risk that the driver selects wrong access information due to misoperation is avoided.

Imperfect interface contact state nonlinear ultrasonic evaluation method based on micro texture

The invention relates to an interface contact state nonlinear ultrasonic testing method which belongs to the nondestructive testing filed. The method comprises the following steps: determining the frequency and the periodicity of detection signals according to the size and the material performance of a test piece forming a contact interface; by applying different pressures to a rough interface, changing the contact state, and carrying out ultrasonic transmission detection test on the rough interface; by carrying out nonlinear least-squares approximation processing on testing data of the test,determining micro characteristic composite parameters of the interface, computing a first-order rigidity coefficient and a second-order rigidity coefficient which are used for expressing the characteristics of the rough interface, and realizing ultrasonic expression of the contact characteristics of different rough interfaces. In the invention, the nonlinear ultrasonic coefficients are adopted toexpress the contact characteristics of the interface, the nonlinear ultrasonic detection has higher sensitivity comparing with the linear ultrasonic; by combining the micro texture and the rigidity relation of the interface, the method enables the macroscopic property of the interaction of the ultrasonic and the contact interface to be associated with the microcosmic property of the contact surface, thereby evaluating contact states of different microcosmic interfaces.

The invention discloses a system and a method for a simulation test of a contact state of an isolating switch contact in GIS (Geographic Information System). A mechanical environment testing system of an electromagnetic relay relates to the measuring field of the electromagnetic relay, solving the problem that the control information of vibration conditions and the monitoring information of contact states cannot be obtained simultaneously in existing testing processes. An experimental device of the present invention provides a new thinking for the oil film thickness measurement under the different materials, different surface qualities and different contact and spinning states of the rolling ball and a rolling way, and the experiment results have a certain guidance significance for the improvement and design of the contact surface of the rolling bearing.
