According to the invention, by utilization of the small-tonnage extruding machine and a mould in which an arc line between two points is longer than a straight line between the two points, the wide-width magnesium alloy plate which is larger than the size of the outlet of the extruding machine is produced in coils through an arc surface rolling and flattening machine for flattening an arc surface.
