A digital processing module for shortwave two-dimensional direction of arrival estimation

The invention provides a digital processing module for short-wave two-dimension direction-of-arrival estimation. The digital processing module includes ten A / D conversion chips, three digital down-conversion chips, an FPGA chip and an OMAP chip. The A / D conversion chips convert acquired analog signals into digital signals and send the converted digital signals to the three digital down-conversion chips. The three digital down-conversion chips carry out digital down-conversion processing on the received digital signals and send processed 10 paths of frequency conversion signals to the FPGA chip. The FPGA chip carries out filtering and a two-dimension direction-of-arrival estimation operation on the received 10 paths of frequency conversion signals and sends pitch angle information of two-dimension arrival, obtained through the estimation, to the OMAP chip. The OMAP chip converts the pitch angle and azimuth angle data of the two-dimension arrival, sent by an FPGA high-speed serial port into parallel bus data and sends the parallel bus data to a CPCI interface chip. The digital processing module adopts the OMAP chip and the FPGA chip, which are higher in processing capability, to realize two-dimension direction-of-arrival estimation on short-wave signals and is excellent in software transplantability; and the digital processing module adopts a CPCI bus and is high in universality.
