The application relates to the field of smart grids, and discloses a photovoltaic distribution box integrated module for a charging
pile group, which comprises a photovoltaic input, a charging output interface, a direct-current
bus and a bidirectional power disturbance unit, cooperates with an internal heat conduction flow channel and a connector preheating cavity. In an
engineering mode, a
control unit drives the disturbance unit to generate internal power circulation in the direct-current
bus, realizes virtual full-load heating, verifies construction quality by comparing the drift degree of cold and hot state impedance characteristic fingerprints, and solves the problem of no-car detection. In a running mode, the
system uses the consistency of real-time impedance and solidified fingerprints as the basis for
physical layer safety locking to prevent illegal tampering; meanwhile, based on a virtual resistance control law, the disturbance unit is driven to actively absorb
wideband resonant energy. The application effectively realizes self-loading test of power distribution facilities, hardware-level safety access protection and active management of
power quality.
