The invention relates to a degradable
curcumin derivative-
polylactic acid-polyglycolic acid
composite film, and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises following steps:
polylactic acid and polyglycolic acid at a certain
mass ratio are completely dissolved in 30 to 100ml of an
organic solvent respectively; heating stirring is carried out, the temperature is controlled to be 60 to 100 DEG C,
thermal insulation reaction is carried out for 0.5 to 3.0h, reduced pressure
evaporation is adopted to remove the
solvent, and washing and
vacuum drying are carried out so as to obtainPLGA (
polylactic acid-polyglycolic acid)
white powder; certain amounts of L (
curcumin derivative) and
PLGA are weighted, and are dissolved in an
organic solvent at a certain
mass ratio,
ultrasonic dispersion is carried out for 1 to 3h at 40 to 60 DEG C (or
backflow reaction is carried out for 2 to 5h at 60 to 90 DEG C), an obtained product is introduced into a culture dish,
solvent volatilizationis carried out so as to obtain uniform L-
PLGA;
ethanol and water are adopted to wash the obtained
composite film respectively for a plurality of times, the
composite film is introduced into a vacuumdrying box for
drying at 50 DEG C so as to obtain a
solid stage target product. According to the preparation method, polylactic acid, polyglycolic acid, and the
curcumin derivative are taken as main film forming materials; the obtained degradable curcumin derivative-polylactic acid-polyglycolic acid composite film can be degraded easily at normal temperature; the
toxicity is low;
fluorescence optical properties are improved obviously; the preparation method is simple, and is suitable for large scale production.
