The production technology includes the following steps that corn stalk fibers, sugarcane fibers and chitosan are stirred and smashed; after anaerobic fermentation, filtration and drying are conducted; after polyvinyl alcohol, calcium oxide and mugwort leaf oil are uniformly mixed, a circuit is closed; two obtained mixtures are mixed and compressed; after activated carbon is added and reflux condensation is conducted, hydroxyl acrylic resin and thermosetting phenolic resin are added, smashed and grinded; after ultrasonic dispersion, a mixture is taken out, silica sand is added, and dolerite, dolomite, hydroxyapatite, perlite, expansile graphite, phenolic resin, moisture repellent and a coupling agent are added and mixed; after being fused at a high temperature, a mixture is subjected to centrifugal rotation and wafted to a wool collecting machine; a pendulum method is adopted, the mixture is folded to be of a rock wool structure, and a binding agent is sprayed; wool filaments are solidified, cut and subjected to edge cutting, and the rock wool board is obtained. By the adoption of the production technology of the rock wool board with the functions of sound absorption and noise reduction, the produced rock wool board has the functions of sound absorption and noise reduction and can effectively reduce the disturbance of external noise.
