A soil restoration particle and a preparing and using method thereof are provided. The soil restoration particle is a biological particle prepared by adding auxiliary materials into plant organic materials, sterilizing, activating, and performing a plurality of times of microorganism fermentation. After the soil restoration particle is added into heavy metal polluted soil, heavy metals in the soil can be combined with components of the soil restoration particle so that the heavy metals are immobilized, thus reducing direct position caused by concentration of the heavy metals in plants, and reducing or avoiding underground water source pollution caused by leaching, percolation, and the like of the heavy metals. Then heavy metal accumulate plants are cultured on the soil, and under synergistic effects of microorganisms, the particle slowly degrades into a small molecular structure, and is gradually absorbed and stored by the plants as nutrients carrying the combined heavy metal elements. In addition, the particle allows the amount of beneficial microorganisms (such as actinomycetes) in the soil to increase by dozens of times, thus promoting degradation of soil organic pollutants except the heavy metals, improving the micro-ecological environment of the soil, forming a good soil granular structure, restoring soil fertility, enhancing fertility, allowing accumulate plants to survive, breed and grow rapidly, increasing the absorption and storing amounts for the heavy metals, increasing the plant restoration efficiency by a plurality of times, and shortening the restoration period. The soil restoration particle and the method are free of secondary pollution and low in cost, and can ensure safety of the ecological environment.
