electrode is composed of a plurality of pixels; an insulating covering edge is arranged between the pixels; the second electrode is arranged opposite to the first electrode; the at least one organic material layer is arranged between the first electrode and the second electrode; the at least two insulating
layers are arranged between the conductive layer and the first electrode, and through holes are formed in the insulating
layers; the anti-short-circuit structure layer is arranged between the insulating layers, and the anti-short-circuit structure layer comprises a plurality of
circuit protection devices with the same electric conduction characteristics; and the
circuit protection device penetrates through the through holes, and the pixels of the first electrode are electrically connected with the conductive layer. According to the technical scheme, the ultra-high anti-short-circuit resistance is achieved, the
aperture ratio of the light-emitting region of the organic light-emitting device is improved, and the servicelife and performance of the organic light-emitting device are integrally prolonged and improved.
