The method comprises the steps as follows: when a wireless AC (Access Controller) is related on a wireless terminal or the wireless terminal departs from the AC, the load of a first frequency band and that of a second frequency band in a load balancing group can be obtained, wherein the load balancing group includes a plurality of APs (Access Points) with signals covering one another below the AC; the AC subtracts the load of the first frequency band from the load of the second frequency band to obtain a load difference value; and under the condition that the absolute value of the load difference value is not smaller than the load threshold, the AC indicates all the APs in the load balancing group not to reply a detection request of the first frequency band of a dual-band wireless terminal in the follow-up procedure. The method has the advantage that the phenomenon that the dual-band wireless terminal adopts a frequency band with too large load for access can be avoided, so that load balancing based on frequency band can be realized, and load balancing between frequency bands can be realized.

Aiming at the characteristics of low channel signal-to-noise ratio, large signal path fading, sensitivity to a signal peak-to-average power ratio and the like in satellite communication, the PAPR of a transmission signal is reduced, and the anti-interference performance is improved.
