The invention discloses a rapid opening mechanism and a mixed AC breaker. The rapid opening mechanism comprises a permanent magnetic mechanism, vacuum arc-extinguishing chamber mechanisms, spring connection mechanisms and electromagnetic repulsion mechanisms; the permanent magnetic mechanism realizes opening and closing operations and provides opening and closing maintaining force; the vacuum arc-extinguishing chamber mechanisms are arranged under the permanent magnetic mechanism, comprise vacuum arc-extinguishing chambers, and are used to extinguish arcs and inhibit current rapidly after circuit break; the permanent magnetic mechanism is connected with the vacuum arc-extinguishing chambers via the spring connection mechanisms, and the spring connection mechanisms provide a contact pressure for a moving contact in a closing state; and the electromagnetic repulsion mechanisms provide a force enabling upward movement of the moving contact, and cooperate with the permanent magnetic mechanism to realize the opening operation and maintain an opening state. According to the mixed AC circuit breaker including the rapid opening mechanism and a forced commutation technology, the opening speed of the circuit breaker can be improved greatly, arc time is shortened, contact burning is reduced, and the electric service life of the contact is prolonged.
