A multi-layer thin film for encapsulation and the method thereof are provided. The multi-layer thin film for encapsulation includes a protective layer composed of aluminum oxide, a single or double barrier layer composed of silicon nitride (SiNx), and a mechanical protective layer composed of silicon dioxide (SiO2). The multi-layer thin film can be economically fabricated by using the existing equipment, and has a high level of light transmission over 85% while showing a low level of oxygen and moisture penetration. Additionally, due to superior adhesive strength between the thin films, and high resistance against impacts by heat or ion during a fabricating process, reliability of fabrication is enhanced, and it can thus efficiently used in encapsulating an organic light-emitting device (OLED), a flexible organic light emitting device (FOLED) in a display field, and the cells such as a thin film battery and a solar cell.

Atop the gate electrode and source / drain diffusions is formed a layer of metal used in forming a silicide region atop the transistor gate electrode and diffusions; an intermediate metal barrier layer formed atop the silicide forming metal layer; and, an oxygen barrier layer formed atop the intermediate metal barrier layer. As a result of annealing the MOSFET structure, resulting formed silicide regions exhibit a lower sheet resistance. As the intermediate metal barrier layer comprises a material exhibiting tensile stress, the oxygen barrier layer may comprise a compressive material for minimizing a total mechanical stress of the cap structure and underlying layers during the applied anneal.

Hot melt adhesive for car light and manufacturing method thereof

The invention discloses a formula of hot melt adhesive for a car light. The hot melt adhesive comprises the components as follows according to weight proportions: 20 to 50 parts of butyl rubber elastomer, 18 to 32 parts of plasticizer, 15 to 35 parts of tackifier, 12 to 40 parts of filler, 1 to 4 parts of antioxidant and 2 to 8 parts of colorant. Meanwhile, the invention further discloses a preparation method of the hot melt adhesive for the car light. The method comprises the following steps: the tackifier, the plasticizer, the filler and the antioxidant are sequentially thrown into a stirring reactor loaded with the butyl rubber elastomer; the composite is completely added every 20 minutes at ambient temperature and pressure, is stirred and mixed for 10 minutes and stands for 30 to 50 minutes under the condition that the temperature is lower than 50 DEG C; N2 is led to the stirring reactor; the N2 and the composite are stirred for reaction for 5 to 8 hours at a temperature ranging from 180 DEG C to 200 DEG C, then stirred for 30 minutes at ambient temperature and pressure, filtered after completely dissolved, and defoamed for 30 minutes in a vacuum manner; and after the colorant is added to the acquired hot melt adhesive, the hot melt adhesive is extruded out through a screw and then cooled, and then the needed hot melt adhesive for the car light is acquired.

Disclosed is a waterproofing membrane that comprises a carrier sheet, a pressure sensitive adhesive layer on one surface of the carrier sheet, and a protective coating layer on the adhesive layer. Atop the gate electrode and source / drain diffusions is formed a layer of metal used in forming a silicide region atop the transistor gate electrode and diffusions; an intermediate metal barrier layer formed atop the silicide forming metal layer; and, an oxygen barrier layer formed atop the intermediate metal barrier layer. As a result of annealing the MOSFET structure, resulting formed silicide regions exhibit a lower sheet resistance. As the intermediate metal barrier layer comprises a material exhibiting tensile stress, the oxygen barrier layer may comprise a compressive material for minimizing a total mechanical stress of the cap structure and underlying layers during the applied anneal.
