The agar colloid has hygroscopicity because the surface of the agar colloid contains a large number of hydrophilic groups, the agar colloid can expand when absorbing water and shrink when losing water, and the refractive index and size change at the same time. When the fluorescent probe reacts with the isocyanate compound containing the -N=C=O group, the fluorescence emission wavelength of the product has longer blue shift than that of the probe, so that the ratiometric detection of the isocyanate compound can be achieved through the fluorescent probe.
