The invention provides a double-upstroke outstroke adjusting mechanism for powder forming machines, which comprises an air-feed guide seat with an air duct, a sealing base, a regulating nut, an outstroke seat, an in-stroke seat and an in-stroke cylinder body, as well as a regulating device fixed on a fixing device, wherein the regulating device consists of a cylinder, the air-feed guide seat, a bottom plate and a guide pole; the cylinder is fixed on the air-feed guide seat and the bottom plate; the bottom plate is fixed on the outstroke seat; and the bottom plate is matched with the guide pole arranged on the air-feed guide seat through a guide sleeve. The prior powder forming machine is not provided with the adjusting mechanism, and due to the arrangement of the mechanism with simple structure and easy manufacture, when a pressed product is demolded, the cylinder supplies air to enable the outstroke seat not to move downwards but follow the bottom plate to move upwards, so as to reduce the stroke of the in-stroke seat, namely the product can be pushed out only though a short distance of movement of the in-stroke seat. The mechanism has the advantages that the mechanism is high in pressing speed, improves work efficiency, reduces cost and equipment investment, can use the prior powder forming machine to process and manufacture the products with high upper steps and complex shapes, and improves processing precision because of the positioning of the guide pole.
