The device comprises a polarizer, an electro-optic sampling crystal, a beam splitter, a first phase compensator, a second phase compensator, a first analyzer, a second analyzer and a balanced detector. In the device, the detection light modulated by the terahertz optical pulse is divided into two paths, one of which passes through the first phase compensator and the first analyzer and is received by a first receiver, and the other one passes through the second phase compensator and the second analyzer and is received by a second receiver; therefore, the two beams of optical pulse introduced into the balanced detector have the similar noise characteristic, so as to be beneficial to eliminating background noise. Furthermore, the first phase compensator is regulated to lead one path of light to work at the position with the best optical modulation degree, and the second phase compensator is regulated to lead the static birefringence phase values of the two paths of light to be opposite numbers, so that the linear working range is not affected by static birefringence phase, and the signal to noise ratio can be optimized.

The invention discloses a voice detection method of power equipment failure based on a combined similar diagonalizable blind source separation algorithm. The method comprises the specific steps as follows: (1) adopting a microphone array; (2) separating all independent sound source signals from sound signals collected by the microphone array by adopting the combined similar diagonalizable blind source separation algorithm; (3) extracting Mel-MFC (Frequency Cepstral Coefficients) of the independent sound source signals as sound characteristic parameters, and identifying the sound signals through a model matching algorithm, wherein a reference sample template with a minimal matching distance is a result of identifying the operating sound of the power equipment after a sound template to be tested and all reference sample templates are matched. According to the voice detection method provided by the invention, the characteristics of a non-Gaussian source signal can be enhanced, a source signal which is more clear than a Fast ICA (Independent Component Analysis) can be estimated, the similarity coefficients of the separated signal and the source signals are 0.9 or above, the voice frequency audiometry on the separated signals can be carried out, and the signals separated by a JADE algorithm is clear and distinguishable.

The invention discloses an online abrasion monitoring method based on electrostatic induction, which is used for online monitoring of abrasion conditions under circulative lubrication. The method includes: firstly, acquiring electrostatic signals of oil and abrasive grains in the oil on line; secondly, using a denoising method which integrates cross correlation coefficients with differentials to denoise the acquired signals to obtain oil abrasive grain electrostatic signals; and thirdly, judging the abrasion conditions according to characteristic parameters of the oil abrasive grain electrostatic signals. Further, the characteristic parameters include at least one of root mean square values, kurtosis indexes and cross correlation coefficients. The invention further discloses an online abrasion monitoring device based on electrostatic induction and an experimental system. Compared with the prior art, the online abrasion monitoring method and the online abrasion monitoring device based on electrostatic induction, and the experimental system have the advantages that background noise in signals can be effectively removed, and accuracy in monitoring can be improved.
