The method particularly includes the steps: step one, synchronously measuring soil-gas radon in multiple measurement points of a work area; step two, calculating a measurement data correlation coefficient; step three, determining horizontal and vertical intervals of a division measurement unit; step four, dividing the measurement unit; step five, determining measurement unit observation points and recording the gas radon concentration values of the observation points; step six, carrying out area measurement of the measurement unit; step seven, dividingthe time period, and calculating the correction coefficient; and step eight, determining the measurement unit correction value, and correcting data. The method can effectively reduce errors, caused due to different measuring time, between different measurement points of the same work area, makes the measuring time of different measurement points of the same work area unify to a same time, and more truly reflects soil-gas radon field distribution characteristics in the work area at the same time point; and a data splicing problem of different work areas in different years also can be solved.
