The invention discloses a reaction kettle which comprises a vertical cylindrical kettle body, wherein the kettle body is provided with a kettle cover, a viewing mirror, a liquid longitudinal circulation system, a material port, a temperature probe and the like; a cooling jacket is arranged on the outer wall of the kettle body; a stirring device is arranged in the kettle body and penetrates through the kettle top to be connected with a power device; an air-pressure sealing device is arranged outside the rotatable connection part between the stirring device and the kettle top; the stirring is divided into three layers, wherein the three-vane propulsive stirring is performed at the bottom layer, and two-vane inclined-paddle type stirrers are arranged on the two layers above; annular pipes are arranged in the kettle body and connected by fin pipes; the kettle body, the kettle cover, the annular pipes and the fins are all made from 304 steel; and the outer layer is provided with the cooling jacket made from carbon steel. The invention discloses a method for prevention and control of vegetable root-knot nematodiasis with mixed Sr18 biological nematocide. The method includes: preparing the mixed Sr18 biological nematocide from 8-time concentrated aqueous solution of Sr18 and avermectin emulsion according to a weight part ratio of 7.5:2; subjecting soil to rotary tillage before use of the mixed Sr18 biological nematocide, dividing plots according to areas of test plots, ridging, taking corresponding Sr18 agent and avermectin emulsion according to the preparation ratio at the step (1), uniformly mixing, adding clean water for diluting by 10-20 times, adopting spraying equipment for soil spraying, transplanting in 3-5 days after application of the mixed Sr18 biological nematocide, and additionally applying the nematocide for 1-2 times to long-season vegetables in the middle period of planting by irrigating the nematocide along with water and keeping the dosage and proportion unchanged; detecting conditions of vegetable root-knot nematodiasis. Experiment results show that root-knot nematodiasis can be effectively controlled by the method, consumption and utilization frequency of avermectins are greatly reduced, the picking period of cucumbers is greatly prolonged by about 3 months, and fruit setting rate of tomatoes is increased by 30%.
