injection molding process of a plastic shell, which comprises the following steps: step 1, selecting two plastics with different colors, different
hardness or different materials,
drying, matching colors and adding materials; 2, when the movable mold and the fixed mold are closed, a double-color
injection device injects one kind of plastic into a mold cavity to form a core layer, and pressure maintaining and curing forming are carried out; thirdly, under the condition that the movable mold does not need to be opened, another kind of plastic is injected into the mold cavity through the double-color
injection device to cover and fill the spare space of the core layer to form a finished product of a double-
color structure, the
temperature and pressure of the two
layers are synchronously controlled, and pressure maintaining and curing forming are conducted; fourthly, when the finished product subjected to two times of injection is cooled to the safe demolding temperature, the complete finished product is ejected out at a time through an ejection piece; and step 5, performing item detection on appearance, size, color alignment,
bonding strength and the like on the finished product, and performing deburring, surface treatment or
assembly work if necessary.
