electric discharge machining machine which comprises a
machine tool, a water tank installed on the
machine tool, a
machining machine body, a lifting mechanism installed on the
machining machine body, an
electric discharge machine head connected with the lifting mechanism and provided with an
electrode, and a motor connected with the electric
discharge machine head. The
processing table is fixedly mounted in the water tank; the protective cover is mounted on the machining table; a round hole is formed in the top of the protective cover; a flushing mechanism is mounted in the protective cover; the flushing mechanism comprises an air bag and a flushing
pipe communicated with the air bag; an
extrusion mechanism is further installed in the protective cover, when the
discharge machine head ascends, the air bag is extruded through the
extrusion mechanism, and the water outlet amount and the water outlet pressure of the flushing
pipe are increased; pressurizing and pressure releasing of the flushing mechanism are automatically triggered through lifting motion of the discharging machine head, dynamic adjustment of the flushing amount and pressure is achieved, and the problems that
electrode loss is too fast due to the fact that the flushing amount is too large, and chippings in holes are not thoroughly cleaned when the flushing amount is too small are solved.
