air cushion bed comprises two
layers of detachable
inflatable mattresses, a tissue bloodflow and pressure synchronous acquisition module, a
data transmission module, a controller module, a power supply module and an alarm module. The two
layers of detachable
inflatable mattresses comprise turning-over
layers and multi-independent air bag layers, the turning-over layers achieve the left-right turning-over function of a patient, each multi-independent air bag layer is formed by arranging a plurality of air bag units, and the mattress is divided into three areas including a head area, a back and hip area and a leg area. A tissue
blood flow and pressure synchronous acquisition moduleis arranged in each multi-independent air bag layer air bag unit to synchronously acquire the tissue
blood flow perfusion condition of the local part of the
human body and the
surface pressure of thecorresponding part, so that the real-
time pressure and
skin microcirculation detection of the part of the bedridden patient can be realized, and a
blood flow perfusion amount and
body surface pressure curve is established; and a safety
pressure threshold value is determined, a pressure and time safety area is determined, and
airbag pressure adjustment is performed according to a detection resultfeedback formula. The turning-over
air cushion and the
nursing bed are combined for use, bedsores are prevented for a patient, and meanwhile
nursing personnel can push the patient to walk conveniently.
