The images are caught through a mode of collecting the images, which is different from receiving photoelectrons, and thereby the device is not affected by external factors and also can not pollute electromagnetic environment in the vehicle. The method and the device not only can judge rain and snow weather automatically, but also can recognize fog or frost weather, and can control corresponding external devices with pertinence, thereby realizing high intelligent operations.
