The invention relates to a
sulfur- and
phosphorus-
free water-soluble organic
molybdenum additive. A technical scheme used in the invention is as follows:
oleic acid and
diethanolamine are placed in a container and subjected to a reaction for 3 to 5 h at a temperature of 90 to 100 DEG C, then hydroxyethyl
ethylenediamine is added, and an obtained mixture is allowed to further react for 2 to 4 h ata temperature of 100 DEG C in vacuum so as to prepare mixed
oleylamine, wherein, the weight ratio of
oleic acid to
diethanolamine is 100: 30-40, and the weight ratio of
oleic acid to hydroxyethyl
ethylenediamine is 100: 20-30; prepared mixed
oleylamine and
ammonium molybdate are mixed uniformly with stirring, then
imidazole is added, an obtained mixture is subjected to
pressure reduction at a temperature of about 70 to 80 DEG C until a
mercury column is 100 to 150 mm high, allowed to react for 4 to 5 h, then heated to a temperature of 80 to 100 DEG C, subjected to
pressure reduction until a
mercury column is 50 to 80 mm high and allowed to further react for 2 to 3 h, then water generated in the reactions is pumped out, and a
resultant undergoes cooling and filtering so as to obtain brown-red
sulfur- and
phosphorus-
free water-soluble organic
molybdenum with a content of 7.5%, wherein, the content of N is 4.5%, the weight ratio of mixed
oleylamine to
ammonium molybdate is 100: 30-35, and the weight ratio of mixed oleylamine to
imidazole is 100: 15-20. According to the invention, a product is prepared through two-step reduced pressure
distillation, and the product has excellent extreme pressure properties, good
metal slow release and extraordinary
water soluble lubricity.
