The invention discloses an amphoteric adsorbent prepared from grain stillage, a preparation method for the amphoteric adsorbent and an application of the amphoteric adsorbent and belongs to the fields of brewage waste resource utilization and environmental protection. The amphoteric adsorbent is prepared through taking the grain stillage as a base material, firstly, carrying out pretreatment by using alkali, carrying out a reaction by using an anion modifier, taking an inorganic salt as a converter, and carrying out a reaction by using a cation modifier. The entire process is simple in operation and low in reaction energy consumption, and the raw materials are wide in source and are economical and readily available. The amphoteric adsorbent prepared by the preparation method has good adsorption performance and has the characteristics of low cost, cyclic utilization and no environmental pollution. The amphoteric adsorbent has the adsorption removal rate of 88% to 99.99% to one of cationic dyes such as methylene blue, basic fuchsin, crystal violet, cationic red, malachite green and neutral red and any of anionic dyes such as acid black 1, acid fuchsin, methyl orange, congo red, acid red 18 and acid orange 7 in wastewater, and the adsorption capacity to each of the cationic and anionic dyes is 1mg/g to 500mg/g.

Subphthalocyanine/titanium dioxide nano photocatalyst and preparation method and application thereof

The invention discloses a subphthalocyanine/titanium dioxide nano photocatalyst and a preparation method and application thereof. The nano photocatalyst is synthesized by taking titanium dioxide as abody, adding little subphthalocyanine as a photosensitizer and utilizing a chemical modification method, and is used for improving photocatalytic performance of TiO2 under visible light. The preparation method includes: preparing titanium dioxide through a sol-gel method; preparing subphthalocyanine and the subphthalocyanine/titanium dioxide nano photocatalyst through a solvothermal method. The nano photocatalyst organically combines subphthalocyanine with titanium dioxide, visible light response range of a titanium dioxide catalyst is expanded, the titanium dioxide photocatalyst after being modified has good degradation effect on water solutions of acidic and alkaline organic dye under the visible light with wavelength greater than 400 nm, and degradation rates for acid fuchsin and bromophenol blue can reach 97% and 99% respectively. The nano photocatalyst has the advantages that the preparation method is simple, needed raw materials are few, and the photocatalyst is free of pollution, recyclable, low in cost and suitable for industrial production.

The cationic adsorbent prepared from the grain stillage, prepared by the method, has good adsorption performance; and compared with unmodified grain stillage, the cationic adsorbent has obviously improved adsorption capacity and adsorption rate to a congo-red solution under equivalent conditions. The cationic adsorbent has the characteristics of low cost, cyclic utilization and no environmental pollution. The cationic adsorbent prepared by the method has the adsorption removal rate of about 88% to 99.99% to one or more of dyes such as acid black 1, acid fuchsin, methyl orange, congo red, acid red 18 and acid orange 7 in wastewater, and the adsorption capacity to one or more of the dyes is about 1mg/g to 500mg/g.
