Use of zeste degrader of ezrin (zak) inhibitors in the preparation of a medicament for treating ev71 viral infection

PendingCN122297476AP38 MAPK Signaling PathwayOrgan damage
This invention discloses the application of ZAK inhibitors in the preparation of drugs for treating EV71 virus infection, relating to the biomedical field. The ZAK inhibitors exert their effects by inhibiting the ZAK-p38 MAPK signaling pathway and by inhibiting the ZAKα-mediated ribosomal toxicity stress response (RSR). The ZAK inhibitor is nilotinib or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. Cellular and animal experiments of this invention demonstrate that EV71 infection activates the ZAKα-mediated p38 MAPK pathway (RSR), promoting viral replication and leading to multi-organ damage. ZAK inhibitors (such as nilotinib) can inhibit this pathway, reduce the expression of the viral protein VP1, and improve infection-induced renal function damage, metabolic disorders, and muscle damage. Therefore, ZAK inhibitors can be used to prepare anti-EV71 drugs.

Application of NSUN2 in muscle damage repair

The present invention discloses the application of NSUN2 in muscle injury repair. The present invention found that AAV-mediated NSUN2 overexpression can significantly increase the number of activated muscle stem cells in CTX model mice and promote muscle stem cell proliferation. NSUN2 overexpression not only increases the activation level of muscle stem cells but also enhances the self-renewal ability of muscle stem cells. Furthermore, NSUN2 overexpression also significantly increases the area of muscle fibers in CTX model mice and reduces muscle atrophy weight. NSUN2 overexpression promotes the healing of muscle damage by promoting the proliferation and activation of muscle stem cells, promoting muscle fiber repair and muscle mass recovery, and thus has a therapeutic effect on this disease. Therefore, the present invention provides a new method for the treatment of muscle damage and may also open up new avenues for the treatment of other muscle-related diseases.

Tendon obtaining support

The utility model relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a tendon obtaining supporting device which comprises a shell, the shell is of a slender body structure with a near end and a far end, the contour of the near end is smaller than that of the far end, the near end is firstly inserted into an incision during insertion, and a notch is formed in the top of the near end. A baffle for sealing the notch is rotationally arranged on the shell, can only rotate outside the shell, and can be pushed by the collector from the interior of the shell to open the notch. In the process that the shell is inserted into the incision and moves towards the deep position of the incision, the baffle and the limiting protruding block are matched with each other, the muscle at the top of the near end is prevented from entering the notch, and the probability that the muscle is injured at the notch when the supporting device is inserted into the incision is reduced; meanwhile, when the collector collects the tendon, the notch avoids the collector, the collector abuts against the baffle, the muscle on the upper portion of the notch is pushed through the baffle, and therefore the probability that the muscle on the upper portion of the notch is injured by the collector is reduced.
